Liability Waiver
By registering for the Eucharistic Pilgrimage (the event), you are accepting the risks associated with participating in the event including walking on the Mission Reach River Trail, and other streets, trails, and sidewalks from San Fernando Cathedral to Mission Concepción. You may be exposed to a variety of hazards and risks, foreseen or unforeseen, which are inherent in walking the pilgrimage route and cannot be eliminated and may result in serious injury or even death.
WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF THESE DANGERS, PARTICIPANT AGREES TO AND HEREBY DOES RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS ARCHDIOCESE OF SAN ANTONIO, EL CAMINO DE SAN ANTONIO, INC, ARCHBISHOP GUSTAVO GARCÍA-SILLER, MSPS, ARCHBISHOP OF SAN ANTONIO AND HIS SUCCESSORS IN OFFICE, AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES FROM ANY AND ALL LOSSES, LIABILITIES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, NEGLIGENCE, PREMISES LIABILITY, GROSS NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT), DAMAGES, COSTS, OR EXPENSES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEY’S FEES AND COURT COSTS) INCURRED BY REASON OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT.
I grant permission to the Archdiocese of San Antonio, El Camino de San Antonio Missions, and their employees, representatives, and successors to use photographs, video, and recordings of my likeness taken during the event.
Exención de responsabilidad
Al inscribirse para la Peregrinación Eucarística (el evento), usted acepta los riesgos asociados con la participación en el evento, lo que incluye caminar por el sendero del río Mission Reach y otras calles, senderos y aceras desde la Catedral de San Fernando hasta la Misión Concepción. Usted puede estar expuesto a una variedad de peligros y riesgos, previstos o imprevistos, que son inherentes a caminar por la ruta de la peregrinación y que no se pueden eliminar y pueden resultar en lesiones graves o incluso la muerte.
CON PLENO CONOCIMIENTO DE ESTOS PELIGROS, EL PARTICIPANTE ACEPTA Y POR LA PRESENTE LIBERA, INDEMNIZA, DEFIENDE Y EXIME DE RESPONSABILIDAD A LA ARQUIDIÓCESIS DE SAN ANTONIO, EL CAMINO DE SAN ANTONIO, INC, AL ARZOBISPO GUSTAVO GARCÍA-SILLER, MSPS, ARZOBISPO DE SAN ANTONIO Y SUS SUCESORES EN EL CARGO, Y SUS REPRESENTANTES, AGENTES, FUNCIONARIOS Y EMPLEADOS DE TODAS Y CADA UNA DE LAS PÉRDIDAS, RESPONSABILIDADES (INCLUIDAS, ENTRE OTRAS, LA NEGLIGENCIA, LA RESPONSABILIDAD DE LAS INSTALACIONES, LA NEGLIGENCIA GRAVE Y LA RESPONSABILIDAD ESTRICTA POR AGRAVIO), DAÑOS, COSTOS O GASTOS (INCLUIDOS, ENTRE OTROS, LOS HONORARIOS DE ABOGADOS Y LAS COSTAS JUDICIALES) INCURRIDOS POR MOTIVO DE O EN CONEXIÓN CON LA PARTICIPACIÓN EN EL EVENTO.
Autorizo a la Arquidiócesis de San Antonio, a las Misiones El Camino de San Antonio y a sus empleados, representantes y sucesores a utilizar fotografías, videos y grabaciones de mi imagen tomadas durante el evento.
